At Watany, every piece is crafted with intention, made to honor heritage and built to last. If something is not right, we are here to help.
15-Day Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and any special accessories (such as pins, wax seals, or garment bags) must be intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email, is required.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email A.A@watanyy.com or use our Contact Form with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item or items you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the request (such as size, fit, or defect)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, we will gladly process an exchange if the item is available.
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the same value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at A.A@watanyy.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Return Shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may vary based on the situation and will be confirmed in our reply.
International Orders
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable through Watany.
- Transit times and processing may be longer due to customs.
Final Notes
To protect our community and maintain quality standards, returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.
