Shipping policy
At Watany, every order is handled with care and intention. All pieces are pre-made, inspected, and packaged by hand to ensure premium quality before they leave our facility. We work to make sure your items arrive safely, on time, and with the same attention to detail that goes into every Watany design.
Processing Time
Since all items are pre-made, orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after being placed. During collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
- All U.S. orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
International Shipping
Watany ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing but generally take 7 to 21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the order reaches their country.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Watany is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Watany is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please contact your local carrier or email A.A@watanyy.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Preorders and Limited Drops
For limited releases or preorder items, expected shipping timelines will be clearly listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Issues or Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing may extend shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
