1. Who we are

This website is operated by WATANY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, trading as Watany, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its registered address at 35377 Condominium Boulevard, Zephyrhills, FL 33541, United States.

Throughout these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Watany" refer to WATANY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. "You" refers to you, the visitor or customer.

2. Agreement to these terms

By visiting watanyy.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an orde that the payment method you use is yours or that you have permission to use it.

4. Products

We sell apparel and accessories in limited runs. Colours shown on screen may differ slightnt because of screen calibration, and because our prints are silk-screened by hand there is minor variation between individual pieces. This variation is a property of the process, not a defect.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time. Where a product is sold out we are under no obligation to restock it.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in United States Dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your country. We may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed. Where a price was clearly
wrong we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout and we do not store s. Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorised.

6. Orders

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted the order. We may refuse orng after confirmation, where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where apricing or description error has occurred. If we cancel after taking payment we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control.

Where a customs charge, import duty or local tax applies on delivery, it is your responsibility.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, prints, artwork, photography, copy, the Watany name and the ينطو mark, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our designs or artwork without our written permission. You may share our photography on social media with credit.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation or security
of the site.

11. User submissions

If you send us comments, photographs, reviews or other material, you grant us a non-exclusto use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business, including in marketing.You confirm the material is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We are not obliged to keep any submission confidential or to pay for it.

12. Third party services

The site runs on Shopify and uses third party services for payments, shipping, analytics and email. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and by our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATANY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant tharupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, spnitive loss, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or any product bought through it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WATANY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, its members, officers and agents, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these
terms or your violation of any law or third party right.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision applies to the fullhe remaining provisions stay in force.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regar. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and youconsent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
